GlobalLogic - Lead - User Experience - BSS/OSS Domain

- Should have 8-12 years experience

- Ability to understand the complex BSS/OSS domain

- Establish and foster an evolving user experience culture and process

- Advance and support business needs by maximizing the value of our product in the BSS/OSS domain context

- Possess problem solving skills and ability to be a forward thinker/visionary

- Collaboratively evolve the functionality of our product, along with SPMs and SMs

- Develop and manage user mapping as well as, User experience guidelines and acceptance criteria

- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate, in writing, complex ideas of requirements; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals at all levels

- Knowledge in user interface design as well as an eye for visual design

- Excellent analytical and written skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- In the domain context, ability to research, create and present product use cases and user profiles to a diverse group of people

- In the domain context, ability to research, create and present product user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, storyboards, as well as heuristic evaluations

- Support and review the artifacts necessary to contribute to a robust Agile development cycle, including annotated sketches, low fidelity comps/wireframes, user and transaction flows, site maps, prototypes and navigation models

- Analyze usability studies in the context of the domain and make recommendations on your findings to help drive the direction and design of products
