Sr Associate / Lead Talent Acquisition.  Location: Noida  Experience: 3 to 7 years in end to end recruiting for IT Software/ Software product companies.  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Must be willing to work as individual contributor and should be able to end to end recruitment for Mid to Senior level positions independently.  - Using multiple channels to source candidates and maintain a healthy sourcing mix.  - Very strong in social recruitment and stakeholder management.  - Experience in MIS reporting and data management.  - Search, manage and build resource pools  - Responsible for screening candidates, conducting testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations  - Maintaining internal databases  - Negotiation with potential candidates  - Manage vendors / consultants  - Manage stakeholder and business units.  Skills/Experience Desired:  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Experience of managing vendors and consultants  - Ability to handle niche and volume requirements  Salary Offered : 5-12 LPA
