Job responsibilities:

- Carrying out work force management tasks across geographies with base work location as Chennai

- Responsible for HR analytics, complex reports, analysis of the same etc.

- Man power requirements analysis

- interacting with clients and act based upon the requirements form them.

- Preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, maintenance.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in handling global workforce management function.

- Strong HR analytics back ground (mandatory)

- Excellent communication skills
