Global Venture Development Role - Job Portal

Everjobs is part of Rocket Internet and operates in Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia and Bangladesh, with a central team based in Myanmar. The role is based out of Sri Lanka and the candidate will be looking after 3 teams and 10 team members.

Job Description :

- Build and manage your own portfolio of Sri Lankan enterprises (up to 30m Euro revenue)

- Managing performance of marketing, customer service, and content teams

- Negotiate contracts and generate revenue

- Collaborate with our marketing, content and risk teams, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy for your individual company portfolio. Plan and execute marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with central team based out of Myanmar

Qualifications :

- A university degree from Tier 1 or 2 colleges in India

- 1+ years of work experience in a customer-facing job, experience with enterprise sales is a big plus

- Passionate about startups business entrepreneurs and a natural drive to help solve any problem

- A strong communicator and team players who motivate customers and colleagues alike and excels when chasing ambitious sales targets

- Experience with Zoho or a comparable CRM software is a big plus

- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
