Global Treasury | IT Services

- Set up the Global treasury from the scratch.

- Manage the Lenders & debt convents.

- Set up the cash forecasting process by working with stakeholders

- Provide visibility of immediate, medium- and long-term cash requirements.

- Manage cash float across various subsidiaries

- Transition activities from US, UK , Ukraine & Australia and other M & A locations

- Accomplishes financial reporting compliance objectives by communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures to direct reports, colleagues, and other stakeholders

- Co-ordinate and work on various global & local team, while coordinating with the consultants

- Protects assets by tracking applicable laws and regulations that affect financial reporting and anticipating emerging compliance trends

- Enhances debt compliance and organization reputation by bringing compliance recognition to the company and providing leadership in the industry

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- Qualified CA/MBA professional with 8+ years of experience

- Prior experience in managing mid office-back office global treasury functions preferably in IT space

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Experience in debt fund management and managing the lenders & debt convents
