Primary Responsibilities

- Ability to own the financial production the team delivers.

- Ability to identify and resolve issues from a financial perspective.

- Effectively manage onshore adhoc/requests as well as organizational initiatives

- Ensure completion/adherence of activity as per standard procedure/key operating procedure.

- Ensure quality of processing is maintained as per the SLA

- Assisting the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation

- To take lead in special GTB Projects driven by the management team

- Ensure sound business resiliency at all times and support other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)

- Gain a thorough working knowledge of the products that he/she manages

- Being client orientated and helping to add tangible value
