- This position works across a very broad and diverse employee group across globe - Develop and continually advance Reward strategies to align with differing segment business strategy and ensure the right mix and offerings are available to attract and retain an innovative, high caliber workforce around the region. These include base pay, incentives (cash and equity), sales compensation, benefits, Wellness, mobility, M&A, annual salary revision aligned with performance and other rewards and recognition that are aligned with organization reward strategy - Collaborate and provide counsel to the Regional HR Leadership, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition regarding reward issues, evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions and transfers. - Support M&A activities as they relate to Rewards - Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards programs across multiple countries ( India, US, Europe and Africa) - Stay abreast of Rewards. Develop and participate in compensation/benefits surveys in order to gain understanding of market trends and changing conditions. Assess findings and impact on the company. Prepare statistical data and reports concerning benefits/compensation activities, programs or results. Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reports are developed in an effective and timely manner. Assess report findings and make recommendations to management as needed. - An advisory and highly consultative position with substantial top leadership exposure. - Leverage Technology in the area of Rewards & Benefits to enable efficient Reward process, deployment & governance & customized employee service in total Rewards. - Creates an environment that inspires team to generate novel solutions with measurable value Encourages experimentation with new ways to solve work problems. Seizes opportunities that result in unique and differentiated solutions Requirements : - MBA - Location - Pune - Must have a successful track record of leading the total rewards function for a global, high tech, fast growth company or having worked in Regional consulting role - 10-12 years of Rewards related experience with a minimum of 3 years of leadership and executive compensation experience - Experience with Reward design and execution globally and in emerging geographical markets is a significant plus
