Role - Sr V.P / Global Technology Head

Pre requisites:

Client to consider profile above 75 LPA ( as current compensation.)

Good understanding & implementation of emerging technologies/ New tech platforms preferably in Insurance ( primary preference ) / BFSI ( secondary) domain

Complete understanding of Enterprise Architecture in product development environment ( preferably in Insurance domain) as good to have.

Complete understanding of new tech platforms which client can leverage from developing innovative products in Insurance space for clients globally.

In-depth understanding of both strategic ( Business side -P&L - 100 million USD and above / Delivery / Team mgmt. ) and execution ( Architectural capacity - Hands on in past roles for developing new product ).

Should have & possess a potential competency of developing & delivering high caliber products both for service & in house product dev teams preferably as our clients business lines.

Cross functional team mgmt.

Should be well versed with emerging technologies which client can leverage on for growing their revenues in existing & new geographies globally.

Should have worked on developing new complex products preferably in Insurance space catering to Insurance industry.( (As a added advantage).

Past exp in architecting for complex product will be a plus for this role with 70:30 strategic decision making & Technical execution

Past exp of Insurance domain ( P&C) will be good to have however not mandatory.

Requisites:

Global Technology Head is a highly visible position central to the overall account ownership and client relationship for whole geography.

With a full P&L, you will "sell, lead and execute" to develop and deliver Insurance industry-centric technical solutions, helping the Insurance industry turn digital disruptions into competitive advantage.

Your unit will bring together Insurance industry talent, domain knowledge, agile capabilities, cutting edge technology know-how, frameworks, and automation assets to simplify processes, enhance operating environments, mitigate operational risks, modernize operating models, and increase process efficiency and effectiveness for clients.

- Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the Horizontal.

- Would be leading their Insurance/ IT delivery.

- Should have Application Development/maintenance/System integration and consulting as his portfolio

- Having diverse team across several continents.

- Preferably who set up greenfield sizeable operation (at least one)

- Should have come from tech background and can have an engaging and provoking conversation with CXOs/buyers

- Thought leadership/Speaker/ Blogs (has a rich content to offer) - Enthusiastic/High Energy/Go getter/Collaborative and peace maker

- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight - Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies t and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

- Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontal.

- The role would also need to closely work with Vertical Heads / SBU / CU heads / CEMs / Global Account Managers in business development, competency building and complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective Technology practice area.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

Overall 20+ experience in the industry with a minimum 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management for either a large accounts ( > 750 people) or a set of multiple accounts.

Qualification : Post Graduate from reputed Institutions like IIM's / IIT's / Tier 1 Management & Technology Institutions from India or aboard with Computer Science specialization
