This role is with IT service company An ideal candidate, who has worked in a large or mid-size IT services company. - Partner with leadership and senior management. - Person should have strategic orientation and operational excellence. - Has been managing and leading multiple locations across geographies. - Serve as a subject matter expert when partnering with the business managers or leaders to help guide and ensure business specific goals are designed, developed and executed. - Will manage & supervise the global TA function in India, US and APAC - Should lead from the front in meeting the business deadlines - Prior experience in - new age- sourcing tools & technologies is a must. - Have prior experience in automating TA processes. - Deliver on defined SLA & Metrics. - Publish weekly and monthly dashboards. - Harness various social & other sourcing channels to optimize the mix and have an optimal cost structure of talent acquisition. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
