Global Talent Acquisition Head - IT Services

A client of Growth360 is looking to hire a global Talent Acquisition head to be based in their office in Hyderabad. This is for a US based IT Services company to expand the team considerably from the current 1500 employees across the globe.

Must have skills:

- Led a global TA role for an IT Services company

- Setup and put in place global Talent Acquisition best practices policies

- Setup a world class TA team for the company

- Instrumental in leading hiring of quality talent and expanding a company to 1000+ in the past

- Led a team with focus on social media hiring, innovative talent acquisition strategies

You must have supported hiring of employees in the US so US exposure is a must.
