- Our client is a leading multinational. Based out of Mumbai they are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with global exposure and experience in volume hiring

Job Description :

Role :

- Reporting into the Global Head TA,you will be responsible for Drive standardization through implementation (and further development of) our global recruitment policy, process, standards and toolkit.

- Own and govern the global recruitment process

- Lead the implementation of the RPO Globally

The Successful Candidate : As a successful candidate :

- You should have 15+ years of experience in handling volume hiring globally.

- Also you should have extremely hands on experience in setting up a RPO

- Global exposure is mandatory
