Global Sourcing Manager

The role will involve:

- Building and developing a scalable Hyderabad-based sourcing and sourcing administration team model and leading that team within the HSCC.

- Responsible for the overall delivery and customer satisfaction for sourcing - including looking for opportunities to expand services and activities delivered in the HSCC.

- Supporting an environment that fosters employee career development.

- Working towards lowering the cost per transaction, while achieving defined service quality levels.

- Provide oversight to all activities within sourcing operations and ensure controls are documented and are operating effectively.

- Driving continuous improvements and strong performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency.
