POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is a part of Delivery team that evangelizes the functionalities and features based on market research, design and develops the road map of the solution areas, generate references, execute GTM and enable the business ecosystem of the company to set up Commercial Lending Solution as a viable practice.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a part of the Banking domain the candidate is required to do the following with respect to Commercial Lending
- This position is responsible for leveraging BPM expertise and experience in commercial, SME,MSME lending automation , thereby providing compelling value prop for a winning proposition to prospective Client.
- Position will also be required to use in-depth Underwriting and consulting skills
Commercial Lending in-depth domain expertise with respect to following products:
I. C & I (Commercial & Institutional lending)
II. Commercial Real estate Lending
III. Small Business Lending
IV. SME, MSME Lending
V. Project finance
VI. Equipment financing/Leasing
VII. Mortgage lending
- Lead & Enhance the Commercial Lending practice in the company to generate more business.
- Demonstrate a successful career in Commercial Lending solution Consulting, Research, Implementation & enablement of Presales etc.
- Resource should work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop integrated business and operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value.
- Responsible for giving Demos & POCs at the CXO/senior management level.
- Evaluation of the new opportunities and creating value propositions & Demo/POC scripts
- Ability to understand RFP content and formulate question's in line with the objective of gathering information required for the solution. Strong skills to draft responses for RFP/RFI
- Ability to understand client key business drivers, problem areas and is able to articulate to all stakeholders
- Partners with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, guide business & technology transformation initiatives and propose appropriate solutions.
- Thought Leadership by participating with banking audience through blogs, webinars and whitepapers
- Enabling Presales with required domain expertise to close the deals
- Periodic reviews and enablement of the Commercial Lending projects delivery.
- Research & Competitor analysis of Commercial Lending in the market.
- Define GTM Strategy for Commercial Lending accelerators/solutions.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Graduate and MBA having 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in customer interaction as a Consultant in Commercial Lending domain with Banking .
- Understanding of the Commercial Lending product, market dynamics and implementation processes.
- Should have experience in preparing Use cases & Demo scripts.
- Confident in stakeholder management, including experience in handling project stakeholder's perspective.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of Business, Functional, Data and IT system architectures.
- Prior experience in IT department of Bank will be added advantage.
- Valid B1/B2 Visa is preferred.
