As Management Trainee, you will be working with the Top Management and helping in strategy, planning and execution work for the major departments. Responsibilities: 1. Help top management complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies) 2. Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Sales, HR, operations ) daily processes and goals 3. Provide administrative support to each department 4. Get familiar with duties 5. Participate in company's strategic planning 6. Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data) 7. Keep track of business revenue 8. Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk 9. Create and give presentations Requirements: 1. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office 2. Strong verbal and written presentation skills 3. Excellent analytical and computational ability 4. Effective communication skills 5. Must be good at multi-tasking 6. Must be from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges of India (B-tech and/or MBA) 7. Experience: Freshers with maximum 1-2 years of experience
