We have an Urgent opening with one of the Top MNC’s in the world, position based out of Noida for LEAD - GLOBAL SERVICE DELIVERY (F&A Services) .

Job Title: LEAD - GLOBAL SERVICE DELIVERY

Industry: BPO/ITES

Salary: 30 Lac to 35 Lac

Location: Noida

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities/Authorities:

- Responsible for leading the F&A Services

- Accountable for overall direction of multiple, large, complex operations, functions or projects, which may contain significant scope, ambiguity, risk & geographical diversity.

- Accountable for high-level external/internal client satisfaction.

- Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/overall completion of deliverables

- Responsible for delivery to agreed service levels, and defines key performance indicators/project milestones.

- Develops new approaches and processes, which contribute both to step-change improvements in current area, and to business growth/efficiency in wider organization.

- Responsible for the management of quality/ business process excellence in sphere of influence.

Candidate Profile:

- Should be an SME in SDL F&A Services

- Must have experience of RTR / PTP / OTC

- Preferred to have US GAAP knowledge

- Preferred to be a CA (Chartered Accountant)

- Should be handling a span of 110-120 people

- Exceptional communication skills – verbal / written
