Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for the recruitment activities Pan India and supporting the Corporate HR Head in the implementation of recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

- Leads the recruitment activities and develops staff in the recruitment team

- Supervises, develops and provides guidance to the recruitment team

Financial:

- Manages operations to hit performance metrics for the team

Functional:

- Develop and execute a cohesive talent acquisition strategy to meet the staffing needs, aligning with the overall business

- Innovate and implement talent acquisition techniques and practices that ensure attraction of top talent and fit for the company culture.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Stay informed about trends, innovations, and legal developments in talent acquisition and HR.

- Maintains and updates a tracker for positions, statuses and other recruiting metrics

Interaction:

- Maintains working relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to obtain a pool of candidates

- Manages all recruitment issues and queries

- Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters or Equivalent in Human Resource Management with atleast 10 years of Experience in Recruitment especially in education industry.
