Expertise Required :

- 18+ yrs of extensive experience and subject matter expertise in Salesforce

- Substantial experience in running a significant and successful Salesforce program, including overseeing project and agile management

- Very extensive experience in supporting Salesforce consolidations, data migrations, CRM integrations, architecture, security and custom projects

- Experience working in a complex, global, fast paced and acquisitive firm

- Excellent business acumen

- Extensive business operations knowledge

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills

- An excellent communicator, networker and collaborator at all levels globally

- Dependable, supportive and nurturing

- Results orientated

- Able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a demanding and fast-paced environment
