2. Mini 10 years experience in Belts, Bags and Accessories Sales.

3. Should have handled Sales of Rs. 40 Cr per year

4. Should be very well networked with Buying Houses, Agents, Distributors and Corporates. [He must produce list of top buyers he knows in the interview]

5. Should have excellent dress and hygiene sense

6. Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

7. Should be willing to take a sales target of Rs 4 Cr per month from the 60th day of joining.

8. Should be able to work without supervision.

9. Three top references will be needed.
