Meet Strategic Objectives :
- Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning organisational goals.
- Developing and implementing key strategies in increasing the market share of existing products and qualify as a source with potential customers for CRAMS & existing products of API's & Intermediates across all the Generic Companies.
- The incumbent should have a robust delivery growth in achieving revenues & have strong customer ( Big Pharma) contacts in the domestic and the overseas market.
Client Management :
- Responsible for client engagement and retention
- Ensure enhanced customer satisfaction scores
- Retain existing business and develop plans for entry penetration into the new markets and create roadmaps for achieving the same in consultation with the Business Leadership teams of CRAMS, API's and Intermediates.
- Monitor customer, Market, Competitor land scape, and provide inputs to Business Leadership Teams in continuous growth and sustenance of Business Services.
- Identify Evaluate and present services in the areas of CRAMS to augment the aspired growth for the organization.
- Maintain the existing account report and liaison with the Internal Stake Holders.
- Strong experience to handle RFI's & RFP's
- Proven track record of successful deal closures
- Ability to represent the company at the highest level to the clients and manage client expectations.
- Positive and determined approach to research new business opportunities.
Build and Manage Team :
- Handling training and development of employees right from worker to Manager levels on HR, company policies, on job training, training for future assignments, leadership, team building and achieving company goals & objectives.
- Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of targets in the Quality Control Department
Ensure high morale and skill development of team :
- Hire, motivate and retain right talent
- Develop, mentor and coach the current team members
- Recognize best performers through various reward & recognition programs
- Career management discussions with team members
