We have opening for Global Sales Head with a renowned IT Software Company based out of Delhi/NCR.
The Incumbent would be responsible for Sales and Marketing (Farming and Hunting) in India and Abroad (Multiple Locations).

- A good understanding of the organization's business potential and capabilities.
- Should have experience in New Account Acquisition.
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based solutions.
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Selling Software Products/Solutions in assigned vertical.
- Ability to do account management & mapping Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Devising strategies to maximize sales and realization & implementing them.
- Working with large SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
- Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
- Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
- Positioning Company with various industry stakeholders
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in various segments.
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
- Effective package of products, develop sales collateral, solution demonstrations to mature genuine leads, strategize new product initiative and future Roadmap.
- Developing enterprise solution, specific to sub vertical customers and engage product marketing team to develop product strategies while creating winning differentiation in the market.
- Managing accounts for repetitive business.
- Create Companys' visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows.
- Represent Company in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
