Position : Global Sales Director

Reporting To – MD

Location : Mumbai

Profile : Pan India Profile

This profile will include travelling of minimum 15 days in India.

Brief about the role :

- Implementation of Sales and Product launch plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.

- Monitoring of Product and sales progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and carry out necessary steps to ensure completion within schedule time, cost and effort parameters.

- Provide coaching and mentoring support to the team members and Channel Partners as and when required.

Business Development

- Identify new segments for promoting existing products and develop new Strategy to enhance margins. Developing new clientele and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Co-ordinate recruitment & selection activities for the team.

- Developing and establishing network; monitoring the performance of team members to achieve revenue and profitability norms.

Key Account Management

- Identify new clients like Institutions / Corporate Businesses and secure them as clients for business growth..

- Build and sustain healthy relations with clients to ensure repeat / referral business.

- Carry out Seminars / Road Shows for Key Account Customers.

Technical Skill

- Possess sound Technical Knowledge on Systems / Technology.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist them from Selection of Product, Assist in Installation & Commissioning.

- Opens new Corporate level accounts with focus on specified geographical regions and responsible of developing within specified industry branches globally

- Customer focus: Corporate customers, both regional and international

- Responsible of reaching tertiary level, yearly and multi-year new sales goals within specified segment.

- Developing markets in such fashion that stellar growth expectations are met

- Creates business network of highest level thus enabling expansion of Lindström services.

- Manages sales funnel and sales projects with the support team consisting of global professionals

- Drives the profitability of the projects and accounts

- Actively increases the brand recognition of Lindstrom in segment of high level corporate decision makers
