- A good understanding of fund accounting
- Excellent Excel skills (Intermediate)
- Experience of using Microsoft Access database reports would be beneficial
- Must be a self-starter that can work with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make decisions based on priorities

- Manager Global Reporting Centre, will be responsible for the maintenance of range of reporting and KPI to internal stakeholders and external Clients. Reporting covers a range of data including KPI reporting on Funds Administration and Custody amongst other diverse set of reports / MIS
- The incumbent therefore needs to have proven MI and Reporting skills and abilities to work with considerable autonomy, interacting with various stake-holders both within HSS Country and City Offices
- Role holder need to maintain close linkage with both internal and external stakeholders supporting the various reporting to extract better synergies given the small team size
- The role answers ad-hoc queries and reporting needs and acts as link between the business, Client needs and support from IT / Technology
- Accountable for identifying opportunities for improvement in KPI and report production
- Accountable for quality & accuracy of the complex / confidential details that needs to be produced on a regular basis to various stakeholders
- Helps develop new KPI to support measurements and action in support of HSS strategy and performance measurement
- Works with Product / MI teams to ensure best outcome in terms of Client experience and effectiveness of report production
- When appropriate the role holder supports flexibility across the wider Global Reporting Team responsibilities
