The Global Recruiter is responsible for delivering in the following areas: - Independently manage full-life cycle talent recruitment. Position recruitment strategy development, writing job descriptions in consultation with management, writing and placing job postings/advertisements, and negotiating offers. - Objectively coach hiring managers to acquire the required talent through complex, difficult, hiring periods including revising job descriptions/postings, recommending, and developing recruiting initiatives to improve recruiting programs/efforts. - Source passive candidates. - Regularly report recruitment process status and ensure key stakeholders including HR department is updated. - Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned. Minimum Requirements: - 10 years' experience of recruitment and at least 3 years' experience of independently managed global recruitment on all levels - Experience with sourcing passive candidates in the US. Well versed with LinkedIn sourcing. - Experience in working in a corporate environment. - Experience using applicant tracking system to manage full cycle applicant/recruiting workflow (preferable Workday) - Demonstrated success in project management. Exceptional organizational, project planning, and time management skills. - Able to effectively partner with key stakeholders and drive for successful solutions, managing and being accountable for project managing the: process, communications, and outcomes. - General knowledge and understanding of US and UK employment laws in terms of recruitment - Ability to manage sensitive information in confidential manner. - Strong customer-focused towards internal stakeholders as well as candidates - Adaptable, flexible, and poised under pressure. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting, and across external and internal stakeholder groups. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail, with a keen focus on quality and quality control. - Comfort with multi-tasking. - Being able to bring recruitment best practice and process improvement into the organization
