Job Description

The Global Real Estate Analyst reports into the GBS Business Insights Manager and is part of a global and multicultural team of analysts operating from various locations. His/her role is to support the Global Real Estate function firstly with building and maintaining a real estate master database comprising location lease and ownership information across the organization. The Analyst will also take part in the review and selection of Global Real Estate lease administration system and will support its implementation should a software be chosen.

The Analyst will define and run reports and analyses based on the aggregated input in order to provide the Global Real Estate with insights necessary to the implementation of a consistent location strategy. He/She will notably estimate the expected benefits arising from the implementation of this strategy.

Finally, as the IFRS 16 off balance sheet reporting obligation come into force, the Analyst will also participate, where required, in the definition of a reporting process ensuring that compliance requirements are being met. Meeting the IFRS 16 obligation is a responsibility of the Accounting and Control Department (A&CD).

The analyst will operate with a high level of autonomy and therefore serve as insight focal point for all Global Real Estate lease administration related topics and analyses and will be involved in all related projects.

- Bachelor or Master's Degree or CA preferably in Finance, Business or related area

- 0 to 5-year work experience in analytical and/or financial roles in a global or multinational environment

- Ability to work with a cross regional, multicultural and virtual team

- Ability to communicate, build & maintain connections with numerous stakeholders

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Knowledge of IFRS rules, and particularly IFRS 16

- Previous ERP system implementation or Project Management experience

- Extensive number literacy

- Ability to influence and convince direct stakeholder through analysis

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle pressure

- At ease with processes

- Previous experience in real estate environment a plus

- Previous experience with GBS organization a plus

- Mastering other languages a plus

- Impeccable work ethics

- Limited travel
