- Implementation of supply chain strategy in line with organizational vision and goal.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer and business impact.

- Project overview and monitor project schedule within the defined project management system.

- Keep management advised on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, conflicts or challenges.

- Oversee pan-India supply chain function and ensure that all aspects of SCM.

- Improve SCM efficiencies by implementing process improvements

- Use process engineering best practices, identify areas for process improvement or development

- Interact with both internal and external clients and understand their requirements.

- Manage executive level communications, for multiple levels of management, specific to their processes.

- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
