Global Program Manager - IT

Summary :

The Program Manager is an essential role in the execution of mid- to large-scale enterprise programs for Sakon and its partners- clients throughout the client lifecycle. The Program Manager is the day-to-day point of contact for the client for the duration of the contract. This role will manage multiple programs and work closely with stakeholders to assure that client programs are delivered as defined within agreed to contracts. This is a highly project focused role requiring an individual who enjoys working closely with an existing client base to maximize the value of Sakon technical solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Eliciting, analyzing, and managing real needs of project stakeholders including customers and end users, with initial focus on requirements analysis to quickly move into management of those requirements and verifying their fulfillment through actual implementation.

- Works closely with Global stakeholders to drive program delivery and ensure the adoption of Sakon's technical solution; identifies, documents, and implements change requests that result in new projects such as customized reports and dashboards, APIs to client systems, the addition of new business units, new product functionality.

- Works with client and internal teams to develop documentation for a given project including business goals and objectives, project strategy, scope, requirements, and a detailed project plan; may assist in the development of use cases, test cases and training needs, as necessary, for all project assignments.

- Identifies, tracks and manages program level risks, activities, and issues creating client and partner score cards reflecting client program status

- Excellent Customer management and stakeholder management

- End to end ownership of the Programs strategies execution and communication with the customer and Internal stakeholders

- Manages client activities, resolves problems, and communicates escalations or issues to management in a timely manner, ensuring that all communication is professional, accurate and the appropriate level of information for the intended audience Competencies.

- Deep Experience in implementation of ITSM tools, ERP, Financial billing System, cloud applications, customizable and configurable hosted applications, and Complex Application integrations.

- Proven knowledge of the concepts, methods and practices of program and project management and demonstrable strong time-management and follow up skills required

- Strong communication, writing, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to think critically, document factually, and stay focused on the underlying business requirements to contribute in a technical team environment

- A focus on consistent, high quality delivery of work product, demonstrable throughout one's work

- Integrity, authenticity, respect, and confidentiality; Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically across global business units.

Requirements :

- Experience in a dynamic, fluid Agile software working environment; Industry experience in mobility software solutions and services is desirable

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.

- Experience :15 Years and above

- PMP Certification is necessary.

- Global program management experience across multiple technical projects

- Possibility of business travel if needed by the customer
