Our client is an iconic Silicon valley company A global leader, this role will anchor - Vendor Management - Commercial Negotiation - Contracts - Governance - Develop program strategies and related performance measurement / management criteria and related plan designed to drive continuous improvement for more than XX,000 Contingent work force- who can be on onsite, offsite, onshore/offshore in multiple countries - with vendors as large as IBM/TCS or smaller niche ones Oversee the development and management of Supplier Strategy - Oversee the development and management of Reporting Strategy - Anticipate, respond to, and resolve escalated operating challenges - Work closely with leadership in identifying and assisting in the development of program growth opportunities Effectively leverage operational support departments and procedures to achieve optimal levels of client satisfaction - Advocate for business line leadership support Person Profile -&nbsp; Bachelor's degree or higher with 20 years + experience - Experience defining and executing a Global Program Governance Model - A track record of exceptional client relationship management - A track record of success participating in cross functional reengineering or process improvement efforts; including experience creating process diagrams, analyzing work flows, developing standard operating procedures, and reengineering business processes - Quantitative analytical abilities and proven problem-solving skills - Experience in launching initiatives internationally while working with remote teams. - Track record of being detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to self- motivate and follow through on projects. - Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word - A track record of analyzing data and strategically presenting in PowerPoint - Experience managing change and managing cross functional teams - Experience negotiating relationships with suppliers
