Global Product Owner - Bank Technology Unit

Our Ideal Candidate :

- Experience with large state of the art CRM platforms (Salesforce) in areas of Marketing/Sales, RM/team performance, team structures, workflows & dashboards

- Bachelors / Master's degree holder. Experience in CRM with core and relevant product i.e. Salesforce financial services cloud

- Experience working across the full Salesforce project lifecycle from analysis, design, testing to implementation

- First rate communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities in enterprise agile environment

- Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to/and multiple business and IT partners across different markets

- Certified Product Owner and understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum

- Prefer Salesforce certified consultant

- Experience in building sales CRM for Wealth sales teams or teams in relationship management is added advantage
