Role : This exciting senior level position is in the Technology Labor Category and Supplier management team that supports indirect procurement for Consulting, Staffing, Managed Project and Services. The team is accountable for Supplier Management, Commercial and Legal negotiation to deliver competitive advantages to organization business functions like IT, Engineering, Shared Services, Finance, Sales and HR. What you'll do: - Manage complex partnership relationships within a robust governance structure - Develops and executes governance models to manager relationships of strategic suppliers that drive innovation, value and competitive advantage - Develop category strategy and annual plan - Develop sourcing strategy in support of new engagements and renewals - Conduct market research and benchmarking for category - Responsible for delivering year-over-year cost reduction for specified categories - Ensure high spend compliance through preferred suppliers for multiple categories - Handling projects annually including the completion of sourcing events, consumption reduction activities, and supplier rationalization events - Managing key strategic projects spanning global reach
