Designation : Global P2P Manager

Location : Bangalore

This role will be responsible for supporting Global PtP Operations Director in driving the Global Operations Agenda of providing timely and quality PtP services globally at benchmark costs.

This role will be responsible for supporting global P2P operations service delivery, supporting the Global P2P Operations Director in running the global country facing operations. The Manager is also responsible directly responsible Globally for Reporting, Continuous improvement, End User Support Model, End User Training, Change Management and Communication.

Main Accountabilities :

- He or she will report to Global P2P Operations Director. His/her responsibility areas will be the following:

In change and Communication the role involves :

- Carry out Change Impact Assessment i.e understand and define the people change impacts against the as-is Vs to-be landscape. Scope and define the most appropriate change interventions to meet the business need (Change Strategy & Approach) and develop a change project plan to deliver these as an integral part of the overall project/programme plan

- Writing and delivering the communication plan and centralized material.

- Regular P2P Service Line communication and Updates - both internal across Operating Centres, MCOs and service provider

In Continuous Improvement the role would involve

- Leading the Global Projects in Continuous improvement - identification of opportunities and implementing projects for achievement.

- Business case tracking for P2P operating center (ABC of P2P)

- Benchmarking and road map to achieve the roadmap for Cost of P2P service globally

- Recovery Audit - Implement improvement basis the root cause analysis.

- Leading the lean initiative for cross BFS and Embedding it in DNA

This role is responsible for leading End user Support Model and drive improvement in user experience for P2P. The role would involve the following :

- Align all training materials to the UPM process, have global material for all Tools of P2P

- Update User training material for various tools for P2P with help of SMEs

- Drive awareness of availability of training material, Web courses etc

- Basis ICM reporting drive the area where maximum tickets are raised

- Driving training on LMS, Web Module and other channels for users across the globe

- Drive User perception of P2P Service (helpdesk and training)

The role would involve the following reporting and analytics :

- BER metrics

- SLA reporting, other reports as per schedules

- Alignment of metrics and SLA definitions (5ones)

- Scope the reporting project.

- Analytics

- Maintain MBI/tableau.

- Drive projects for standardisation/Automation and Crashing of timelines

- Leadership Decks and presentation to senior leaders :

- Any other projects like GPS/Training lead/Budgeting and adhoc projects for P2P director

Relevant Experience :

- University Graduate / Qualified accountant (or similar experience)

- Relevant leadership experience in Finance systems and processes or business partnering

- Strong knowledge of key Finance processes and in P2P area, knowledge of Procurement processes preferred

- Service Delivery experience required
