For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for a Global Pre-Sales Head - ERP HCM Product. The position / job opening is at global level and the base location can be at Delhi or Chennai in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Globally drive end-to-end HCM product Pre-Sales cycle
- Manage and motivate pre-sales teams to deliver very high quality HCM RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Understand client requirements through interactions with clients at C-level as well as operational leadership level teams
- Make sure pre-sales and delivery organizations work hand-in-hand to work out an ideal solution for customers.
- Ensure all proposals conform to clients stringent standards
- Know and grow knowledge of the company's HCM product offerings
- Know and maintain battle cards
- Know domain best practices and trends
- Induct, Educate and support Company's Partners

- Do you have an engineering degree from IITs or NITs or BITS or a college of equal repute, and preferably an MBA from IIMs or a similar tier 1 institute-
- Have you excelled in academics right from your high school-
- Do you have excellent English language written and verbal skills-
- Do you have 12 to 15 years experience (maximum 15 years) in pre-sales and HCM(ERP) implementation/delivery (delivery should be past and pre-sales at least past 8 years)-
- Do you have excellent understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) domain-
- Do you have hands-on experience in conducting Solution Workshops-
- Are you an expert in carrying out software project estimation-
- Do you have hands-on experience in writing proposals-
- Do you have proven examples of winning deals by innovative deal structuring-
- Do you have a good understanding of Pros and Cons of Cloud based products Vs On-Premise products-
- Are you open to travel extensively within India and abroad-
- Are you based at Delhi / Chennai-
- If you are not based at Delhi / Chennai, are you willing to relocate-
