Global PMO Role - IT

Opening for Global PMO

Responsibility :

- Support the preparation of Governance materials, including practice presentations, editing presentation material, and following up on actions with respective owners, schedule meetings, prepare MoMs etc.

- Maintain Global Delivery Sharepoint site to store all documentation related to the organization and provide timely updates to GD leadership when required

- Support in the GD transformation initiatives

Skills :

- Capacity to interact with multi-cultural global teams

- Previous experience working/supporting CxO Office of a global corporation

- Strong research and analytic skills including hands on experience working on Microsoft Office

- Capacity to consolidate and analyze reports to provide advice

Educational Background/ Experience :

- 3+ years Graduate Degree

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier II Indian Business School

- Minimum 3-4 years of work-experience with atleast 1 year working in CxO office
