Job Details are specified below: Position - Global Payroll Leader/ Multicountry Payroll Leader Total Experience - 20+Years - 28 Years Job Location- Chennai - Should have good understanding of payroll of different countries-APAC, Middle East, US. - Should be responsible to work with Product and R&amp;D team. - Should have experience in Payroll Operation. - Knowledge of business practices and standard policies and procedures as they relate to the produce in the area of HR, Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance - Understanding of customer service philosophies. - Business acumen - Demonstrated Consulting skills - Implementing continuous improvements to increase efficiency upon integration - Demonstrable understanding of Payroll services for a large operational business Roles &amp; Responsibilties : - Providing application and business consulting services to our clients - Identifying solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available in our product range - Communicating with customers in a timely and professional manner including the management and escalation of issues as appropriate - Working within the Professional Services/Consulting division as part of the project and consulting teams|Actively engaging management on key project risks or blockages|Participating and contributing to the operational and project update meetings|Supporting the payroll team upon first go live over a number of pay periods| Why should you join us?
