Global Payroll Head - A Leading MNC - Act as the primary contact and owner of Payroll strategic global services - Partner with the Payroll Business Process Owner (BPO), global Payroll partner and global HR outsourcing partner on the development, implementation, extension and deployment of global Payroll HR services - Establish and build strong strategic partnerships with key HR Services partners - Continually monitor the global services working closely with country HR Service Managers through the management framework - Implement, based on global standards, an effective service performance management process for service quality, taking into consideration client expectations and perceptions.
