The Position: Global PayEX is seeking experienced Product managers to join our dynamic team. Each Product Manager leads his or her product swim lane and actively contributes to the success of all client engagements through domain expertise, Global PayEX product knowledge, leadership, project execution, and solution design skills. The Product Manager's key responsibilities will include product planning, management, implementation, solution design, technical architecture design, and engagement with senior client stakeholders. Your Role: - Plan and analyze product roadmap and decide on design elements for toolkits, frameworks, technology, user experience, traceability, and scalability. - Assess client current business process and create target business processes with Global PayEX's products as the core solution. - Partner with both the client and your product engineering team to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from identifying and defining process flows, documenting requirements to user acceptance testing. - Leverage your domain expertise to consult and influence the client's direction to ensure adherence to best practices. - Demonstrate your commitment to, and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring that the delivered solution is fully-functioning, performs as per business requirements defined, is approved by the client, and meets expectations. - Teach and drive the use of Global PayEX's Customer Success Framework among clients, partners, and teammates; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to solution delivery. - Support Customer Relationship Managers and Sales Executives through solution conceptualization and prototyping to close new deals. - Bring intelligent and relevant product feedback and recommendations from customers and the sales team to the Leadership team. About you: - A highly motivated team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong track record of teamwork, customer engagement, and delivery success. - You have experience with configuration, customization, deployment, and testing enterprise software applications in a fast-paced organization. - Experience working with industry-leading technologies to deliver your solution designs and vision in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in designing and deploying reactive applications is a must - Experience in containerization or virtualization is an asset - Background as a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant/ Project Delivery Manager. - Knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes within an organization. - BA/BS Technical Degree (MBA or MS preferred)
