Work Description :

Cost Estimate Preparation :

- We provide our clients with a robust cost estimate calculation customized for their specific policy benefits. We use a powerful tool specifically equipped to manage the complex home and host country tax issues associated with each international assignment. This flexible system provides reporting that enables our clients to make informed decisions with regard to sending employees on assignment.

- Planning for the many assignment costs allows them to minimize exceptions and expense.

Expatriate Compensation Worksheet Preparation :

- We prepare a compensation worksheet that provides a clear and concise accounting of the various pay elements an assignee will receive on assignment. Additionally, the compensation worksheet can provide a breakdown of those items that will be paid at home and in the case of a split pay delivery model at host. This worksheet will help minimize many of the questions global mobility and payroll teams may encounter.

Global Compensation Accumulation and Reports :

- It is more important than ever to ensure the accuracy of a globally mobile employee's pay. Global compensation programs can be complex and involve payments from many sources in multiple forms. Our comprehensive centralized compensation processing tool provides centralized processing and audit capabilities to reduce risk and provide accurate accrual management and reporting.

Year-end Global Statement of Earnings Reports :

- It provides our clients with comprehensive reporting in multiple currencies, including home, host, or company headquarters currency. We review these statements for Tax Equalization purpose.

Responsibilities :

- Working as an Analyst for Relocation and Assignment Services Process

- Acting as a Process Specialist for the Global Payroll and Compensation Accumulation Processing and database management

- Handling Cost Projections for the assignments proposed and to be initiated

- Cost estimating for Long term, Short term & Rotational assignment as per the client & country standard policy.

- Handling overall Comp Accumulation from all payroll centers and other Business units in-house and outsourced data

- Reviewing and auditing Global Statement of Earnings for the assignees to check data accuracy with no compensation missing information

- Process Transition & Preparing the documentation for the same.

- Quality check/ review of cases completed by team-members.

- Expatriates Payroll & Compensation End to End process, Review and Audit.

- Creating Tax eligibility list for different clients.

- Keying Payroll expenses for Expatriates.

- Analyzing Recurring payments.

- Analyzing expatriate Benefits, Deductions and Tax for accuracy.

- Payroll & Compensation data audit for all expatriates.

- Maintaining Foreign Exchange rates and uploading in provided tool from Oanda on daily basis.

- Creating and updating Vendors Information on APRO (Web based Relocation tool).

- Reporting (Tax Equalization Tracking and Follow Ups).

- W-2 Form reconciliation.

- Handling queries and providing solutions related to process.

- Maintaining records of queries and feed-backs from the client.

- Communication with the Client and Onshore Team.

- Training plan to the fresher in the team.

- Weekly and monthly meeting with onshore team for Project improvement, Progress & Update.

- Coordinate and work as part of a team of dedicated subject matter expertise to provide effective assignment related services for multiple location.

- Work collaboratively with the other regional teams (EMEA and APAC) for effective case management; ensuring processes are adhered to across regions.

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
