Global Manufacturing Head - IIT

Job Description:

As the Global Manufacturing Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations across our 11 manufacturing facilities located in 4 Countries. This is a leadership position that requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all manufacturing facilities.

- Implement and drive best practices in manufacturing processes, quality control, and efficiency - improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Assurance, to optimize end-to-end processes.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance production capacity and meet global demand.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

- Drive initiatives for sustainability, safety, and compliance across all manufacturing sites.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee development.

Qualifications:

- Graduation from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is mandatory.

- Maximum age of 45 years

- Experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, overseeing multiple facilities globally.

- Proven track record of implementing successful manufacturing strategies and driving operational excellence.

- Strong understanding of [specific industry/sector] manufacturing processes.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

- Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives.
