Global Manager - Research & Development - Industrial

- Establish successful project portfolio management, including project portfolio planning, capacity planning and risk management as well as communication within and outside R&D department.

- Develop a team of high performing project managers as well as define, implement and improve common project management processes across all projects.

- Ensure clear objectives, project definition, requirements management and communication plan for all projects.

- Be part of R&D management team to identify and implement strategic R&D improvements.

- Strong drive to deliver results with excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Cross-functional leadership of global functions such as R&D, purchasing, product management and manufacturing

- Min experience 10 years with at least 5 years project management experience, preferably in global R&D.

- Work experience and or education in North America/Europe is a plus.

- Excellent leadership and change management skills

- Ability to communicate and drive change within and outside R&D

- Experience of personnel responsibility for project managers or equivalent roles

- Experience in product development for complex systems and also development processes for this type of products

- Strong track record of successful project management in relevant product development
