Global Lead - Transitions & Transformation - BPO/ITeS

The role is based out of Gurgaon office, reporting in to Global Lead - Transitions and Transformation. As part of your responsibilities, you would be expected to :

- Lead the end-to-end transition projects across Finance, Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Payroll processes and systems

- Develop transition methodology, project templates and standard reporting for updating senior stakeholders

- Design, drive and implement the change management strategy across transitions in collaboration with the senior stakeholders

- Accountable for KPIs, key ones being timely and quality delivery of transitions

- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, BPO partner and other teams to deliver project outcomes

- Assess/define project risks and outline mitigations plans

- Manage expectations of service delivery teams and business stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement culture through idea generation and implementation

- Project management and coordination including preparation of presentations for global leaders

- Manage issues/escalations and strive for timely resolution

- Exercise sound judgement based on thorough analysis of key business information, metrics provided, benefits and trade-offs. Also, any resourcing requirements are calculated and managed appropriately
