Global Lead - SAP EAM

We have an opportunity for a Global Lead SAP EAM for one of our client.

Key Responsibilities :

- Overall responsible for the delivery of individual service / service package meeting, delivery schedule & agreed SLAs / KPI throughout SDLC, from requirement understanding till Hyper-care support

- Responsible for interacting with customers, understand the requirement, document Functional Specification (FDD), map requirement via customization / necessary development, testing solution via Unit Testing / Functional test / UAT

- Should handover, guide and facilitate the development of the team to deliver requirement / package

- Address complex client issues involving interactions with Bayer executives, and anchor meetings / negotiations with the customer.

Required skills :

- Looking for a strong solution architect with prior client facing experience and having worked with offshore team in past.

- SAP implementation experience in respective area in at least 3-4 projects.

- A self-starter, highly motivated and hands-on with the ability to handle E2E deals independently with a sales mindset (desire/ hunger to win new business)

- Solid delivery foundation; 7+ years proven experience in managing stream / project.

- Should have prior client facing experience

- Should have worked with offshore in past

- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate a point of view

- Must have hands on knowledge of Blueprinting & configuration in SAP PM, PS and CS Master Data

- Should have worked on repairs and returns, sales of spares, shipping notification, service order, servicing pricing, equipment management, repairs / overhaul / refurbish process

- Should have good exposure / knowledge about DIP profile and integration between SAP SD & PM and SAP SD & PS modules

- Maintenance & service processing, integration between SD-CS and PM-CS, preventive maintenance, maintenance contracts and warranty processing.
