Global Lead Buyer Subcontracting & Licenses (12-15 yrs)

We have an assignment with a large Pharma Giant, who are in the process of identifying Global Lead Buyer Subcontracting & Licenses

- Based in Mumbai, for all Indian Business (Rx, Gx, Animal- ), With his network and market knowledge, one of his missions will be to develop a market survey on new potential Finished Product dossiers whatever are the Business and to share these opportunities across divisions, Regions and BD.

- He will have to be coordinated with API Procurement Category to develop synergies and to leverage negotiation strength. Is the local Business Partner for all new External Business Opportunities to optimize short term and long term financial & supply chain terms at the acquisition time.

- Adapt and deploy, according to country specificities, the Subcontracting & Licensing strategy in relationship with the Local External Manufacturing Business partner. Is responsible of the Local LRP, Budget exercises and Savings performance for the category in coherence with Global Savings Performance.

- Is responsible of all local contracts negotiation for all Businesses or new projects (In licensing). Is responsible of the saving for the Category in the country by challenging and benchmarking COGS, launching COGS optimization initiatives and developing Market Intelligence. With the support of his team, is responsible of the management of all Procurement operational activities
