- As a key account manager (KAM), you are positioned at the epicenter of the business relationship between the company & the brand partner. Your role would entail understanding the overall business model, nurturing the relationship with the brands, managing inventory & driving revenue by suggesting marketing initiatives across all platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing brands
- Maintain brand health on the platform - catalog, inventory, pricing, discounts
- Grow the sales of the brand on the platform by setting proper expectations and providing clear communication to the brand and creating/managing a comprehensive brand growth plan
- Maintain and provide live sales reports of the brand to internal and external stakeholders
- Be the single point of contact for the brand for all questions starting from agreements, inventory, discounts, operations to reconciliations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management in FMCG e-commerce domain
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A strong interest in Retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Understanding of a retail brand's growth drivers
- Basic digital marketing understanding
- Customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
