The role will be leading and managing the end to end HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering for all the Business across various levels and functions; including leadership development. - Design and deploy HR plans for the business in line with business needs and priorities - Ensure deployment of all people processes - manpower planning, talent acquisition &amp; management, compensation &amp; benefits, HR Operations &amp; Policies and labour relations Administration for the business, spread across globe. - Partner with line managers to ensure effective deployment of people processes. - Ensure deployment of the company values and building a performance-based culture. - Ensure compliances in line with local regulations and practices. - Measure and publish manpower reports to business leadership team to aid appropriate decision-making. - Monitor and continuously enhance performance standards of HR &amp; Admin colleagues across locations. Education &amp; Experience: - MBA /PDGM/MSW or Specialised qualification in Human resources &amp; Labour Relations from a leading Indian B-schools. - 12+ years of experience in handling HR Business Partnering / Heading entire HR function in a medium large scale set-up. - Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on very diversified manpower requirements within the allocated resources flexibility to travel across the locations (International).
