Mode: Onsite

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6 + years

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Workday Integration configuration and development across all project lifecycle stages, from Requirements Analysis to Deployment.

- Manage all HR inbound and outbound integrations within Workday, covering Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformation (XSLTs), Workday Web Service Calls, and Studio Integrations.

- Collaborate with Project Leads to collect comprehensive requirements, review designs, and craft functional specifications.

- Contribute to Workday release assessments and testing, identifying impacts related to new release features.

- Generate technical documentation, conduct testing, deploy, and provide support for integrations.

- Assist HRIS Leader and Project Leads in evaluating Workday Extend capabilities, use cases, and feasibility for the organization.

- Work with the internal IT department to identify automation opportunities for integrating and utilizing reporting tools such as PowerBI, Taleo, and Snowflake.

- Address ad-hoc requests from HRIS Senior Team members, including data analysis and report building.

Required for the role:

- At least 4 years of experience in Workday Integration.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Web Services and Workday Studio Development.

- Proficient in Workday EIB, RaaS.

- Proficiency in data migration and conversion.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented.

- Workday Intergration, support, implementation, workday studio is mandatory
