Opportunity for Global HR Program Manager.
- Program Management and Implementation - Manage the key projects rollout and successful implementation of Global HR Programs (PMS. TA, TM, HR IT, Employee Engagement and other HR initiatives).
- Responsibility and accountability for meeting the assigned project goals within the timelines.
- Perform Project Planning, Resource allocation, Budgeting and Risk Management
- Use various project management tools (like Jira / MS Projects / Gantt Charts) to track the program goals and progress of the various projects.
- In coordination with the stakeholders, provide weekly and monthly status updates to report successes, risks, and issues related to budget, schedule, or Project Completion status.
HR Technology Implementation:
- Ensure HRIT systems across entities are integrated into an enterprise platform which is globally uniform on a single instance & with multiple domains.
- Streamline workflows & data requirements to enable functioning of IT systems as desired
- Manage end to end implementation of various HR Automation tools like HRMS (SAP SF), LMS & interactive HR chatbot platforms
- Create a database architecture to ensure the analytics & reports are made available in real time.
- Understand the requirement from SAP system and other applications ecosystem, in depth, from concerned HR teams
- Collaborate with IT Business Solutions team to build a strong collective understanding of requirements, answer queries and resolve any issues during Business requirement understanding phase.
User Testing & Implementation:
- Participate in testing of developed changes/modifications on the various HR Tools
- Interact with end users in business teams to gather feedback on changes/modifications
- Provide collated feedback to IT Business Solutions team and recommend final changes required
- Lead organization and delivery of trainings and user education sessions, on the ground for the HR team
- Address issues being faced by end-users by determining and implanting requisite corrective action plans
Sign off Accepted Solutions & Application Integration Management:
- Conduct impact analysis of changes/modifications in one module on other modules/departments
- Recommend solutions for seamless integration of changes to existing application ecosystem
- Obtain sign-off on accepted solutions from the HR teams and submit to HRIT solutions team for implementation/action
