Description
1. Develop and implement globally benchmarked HR processes within the organisation seamlessly
3. Promote HR best practices and motivate Business Managers, Cluster Heads to build and sustain high-performance culture across the organization. Uphold organisation Standards and inculcate the same amongst employees through continuous communication
4. Recommend appropriate Group policies on HR, communicate approved policies across the global organization and ensure compliance of same.
5. Analyze industry trends, conduct surveys as required (like Employee Engagement Surveys, Productivity, etc) and recommend timely corrective action plan to Cluster Management.
6. Do timely Reviews and recommend corrective measures where required to Cluster Management on Compensation, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent administration.
7. Ensure reliable HR Information System (HRIS) and efficient Management reporting is implemented. Encourage and promote continuous improvement of HR processes and systems across the Cluster organizations.
