Client Details :

Our client is a US based MNC that has an extremely diverse portfolio ranging across products & services. They provide Food, agriculture, financial as well as industrial products to clients across the globe. They have had global presence for 150 + years. With a total employee strength of 150,000 across the globe and presence across 70 countries they have various Shared Service Centres across the globe. They are looking to hire a Global HRBP to Liaise with the Global Leadership and hence execute and deliver on the business vision.

Description :

Reporting to the Global HR lead for the Finance Function, your responsibilities will include :

- Align business and HR strategies across all the Global Shared Services

- Act as an HRBP for Global Services across Europe, America's and India

- Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes especially across Talent Management and Organisational Development

- Be the Global Lead HRBP for all global services and thereby work towards the cost optimisation objective of the finance function globally

- Liaise with leaders across HR, HR Processes and Talent CoE

Profile :

You come with 15 - 25 years of experience as a BP and have specifically worked as a Global HRBP across key markets. You have the experience of working within the Shared Services of FMCG or Financial Services Setup's. You have run global strategic initiatives across various markets and have managed scale. You are extremely high on global stakeholder management skills coupled with extreme professionalism and drive. You are extremely articulate and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.

Please note that experience in Global SSC's is a must have.
