a) Leading the team for compensation and benefits team globally
b) Strategic leadership in the ongoing development of compensation and Benefits Strategy for all geographies (India, USA, APAC, UK & Europe, and LATAM)
c) Leading the implementation of Total rewards and partnering closely with leadership, HR and the business to ensure effective execution.
d) Conducting quarterly reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, and internal salary data.
e) Designing employee benefits programs.
f) Implementing employee benefits programs and reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs.
g) Evaluating C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
h) Implementing the Rewards and Recognition Program.
i) Responsible for organization wide communication to employees on C&B policies
