We are seeking to identify a Global Head of Talent Acquisition Sourcing for a respected technology world leader, to be based at Bangalore/NCR.
The role :
You will lead formulation and execution of the company's global talent sourcing strategy and manage a team of professionals situated across the company's 6 regions worldwide.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Talent sourcing strategy & implementation to identify top talent for key roles
- Work with regional TA heads to create and manage talent pipelines
- Deploy innovative methodologies to identify and engage with the target segment
- Ensure diversity and inclusiveness in hiring and compliance with statutory norms
- Set up guidelines, metrics and SLA's for delivery and ensure they are achieved
- Ensure a top quality screening process to enable targeted hiring
Your Profile:
- A qualified professional with 15-20 years of experience in HR and talent sourcing
- Proven track record of leading and managing geographically dispersed teams
- Experience of global hiring, preferably having worked in other countries/regions
- Expertise in setting up and managing screening processes across geographies & cultures
- Good understanding of hiring in technology sectors like IT and Telecom
