Global Head - Talent Acquisition - IT

The Company

This well-known multinational is a leading technology brand. The company is looking for a talented leader to head up its Talent Acquisition function for India, whilst being key to the broader-function and it's development across the Asia Pacific, US, EMEA, region.

The Role

We require a strong leader to provide direction to the teams in defining and building the overall strategy, whilst supporting and delivering on the day-to-day business challenges and existing initiatives. There is a global focus on ongoing business and process excellence with a driving ambition to take advantage of the most effective recruitment and selection processes, tools and technologies. This position is expected to help drive the regional function to a more strategically driven business partnering group.

The Individual

You will have a background in leading large complex teams, ideally with exposure to technical environments, as well as experience working across the globe. As you will be operating in a highly agile environment, you will need to be confident in taking initiative and being part of the regional leadership team.
